Leadership Board

Opportunity to Improve Your Organization

Are you tired of having a “ghost Board?” You know, that’s the board you never see. Does your Board regularly give of their time, talent and treasure? Are your Board members actively responsible for entire areas of your ministry or organization? Do they understand your vision? Do they actively share it?

As we travel around the country, we observe most Christian ministries and nonprofit organizations don’t use the accepted best practice methods in Board management. In this complete training package, we will cover Board models, application processes, projected goals and fundraising for Board members.

How to have the most effective Leadership Board on the planet...

We get your leadership team started with a comprehensive training manual plus 25 additional resources and supporting documents. Everything from “What is a Board of Directors?” to Board Evaluation tools, to Constitution and Bylaws information. All of these additional resources can be edited to use for your ministry’s needs.

Then your Board will have 12 monthly webinars to actually put the manual to use.  Each month you and your team can sign up (one log in per organization) to the step by step process of guiding your Board to be the most effective leadership your organization will ever have.

Each session is given plenty of time (1.5 hrs) for careful interaction and questions.

We endeavor to answer every question even after the session concludes. If you miss a session, the recorded version will be sent to you within 24 hours. Personalized training and consulting is available by our team on a fee basis.
